It is a fun and friendly environment which is always changing to keep up with the latest music and workout trends! I love being able to get a great total body workout, all while having fun dancing to the latest music! The instructors are awesome and always give options to modify the moves whether you need low impact options or they challenge you to push your body to a new level! I love it and highly recommend it to all ages and abilities!

I always get a great work out. The instructors are encouraging and supportive. The bonus is the community of friends that I have developed through Jazzercise. I highly recommend it!
