I called Patty and she put my worries at ease. She works hard on getting people's needs answered and goes above and beyond to get what's needed as soon as possible. So grateful that this company was available to help me on this journey. Also so grateful for Patty taking the time and caring about my little boy's needs like it was her own. The company forgot to order pieces for my 7 year old disabled daughters walker, took 6 months to get the walker now months later still no pieces. No one ever answers the phone, and can never get a call back. Worst company we've ever dealt with.
