When I went to have my permanent crown put in, the dentist filed the tooth next to my crown (supposedly to get the rough debris from the temporary crown off my adjacent tooth). When I went back to the dentist for my cleaning, I told the dentist that the tooth that he had filed was rough. He told me I needed a crown on that tooth. the tooth was fine before he filed it. The day of my cleaning, the dental hygienist performed ultrasonic scaling on my teeth (with water). Two days after my cleaning, part of my left bottom molar broke off. The next day, part of another tooth broke off. I contacted management and the dentistry did not take any responsibility for what happened. I now need two additional crowns and another tooth repaired and have to come up with the money to pay for them. I am no longer going to Dorset Street Family Dental. It saddens me that they were not willing to make things right.
