Community Health Shorewell

Community Health Shorewell primary care offices offer a full range of services including preventative health care (annual physicals, work physicals, school, camp and sports physicals), women’s health care, well-child care, including immunizations, management of chronic or serious illness, minor office procedures (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions), workers comp injuries and dental services. X-ray and laboratory services are available at some of our locations. Hospital care for our patients is provided by Rutland Regional Medical Center Hospital (RRMC), a hospital-based practice specializing exclusively in providing in-patient care. Arrangements for admission to other hospitals can be arranged as needed.
