  My second visit to this location. First, impressed with the waiting area photographs of dogs as a memorial wall, heart touching. Fast friendly service for blood draw -- but I travelled from Glens Falls, NY to Rutland VT since the draw could not be completed in NY. Visit was a pleasure.

  Parking was easy. I was seen right away at my appointment time - no waiting. The phlebotomist was pleasant, professional and competent. The office was clean. The results came back quickly.

  Extremely unprofessional, was instructed to go in and get a quick blood draw for a TB test for new employer. Went in with all the paperwork and the person at the front desk was full of attitude and literally threw the paperwork back at me and told me to schedule an appointment although the website does state they do allow walk-ins. She expressed otherwise and tried to tell me I was wrong, walk-ins are not allowed.

  Awful experience. No way to contact anyone if there are questions/follow up required. Avoid a woman named Teresa at all costs- her incompetence is untenable, and her attitude is rude and uncalled for, especially considering how poorly she performs her job.
