- TRTravis Redman5 days ago5.0Broke a tooth. Called on Tuesday, got’er fixed on Wednesday! Dr. Martin explained my options clearly. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he and his assistant, Terrell, got the job done in half an hour. Front desk ladies were also really pleasant. Not exactly looking forward to my next visit, but certainly not dreading it… if you get my drift.
- RBRobert BlissMar 31, 20264.0The first points of contact were great, desk and tech. The xray wasn’t cooperating . It took four efforts to get a picture. The doctor was good and helpful. Clearly hadn’t seen my file prior to walking in. I fully understand that my service today was a quick fix. This is the second consecutive time I have been in and the doc asks the same question. After asking the question, tge doc realizes the answer is in the file. Helps with customer relations and good business to know just a little about patient history. Is there practice if daily review prior to the day’s business? In the end, I am always grateful for the support and care of the people who work most directly with me.
