  My brother is sitting in the car after I Just picked him up from having his Knew replaced from the hospital hospital next door . When I stepped up towards the counter behind another couple picking up their med they felt they needed to. Close the counter so they could leave for their lunch. Meanwhile he is in agony sitting in the car. I can seriously say I am not impressed at all with Kinney Drugs! I am so glad I get my meds elsewhere!

  The service has gone way downhill. I put in for a refill a week before I need it and was told it would be ready in 4 days. Went to pick it up then and was told it was not there and wouldn't be ready for 3 more days. This brought me to the day I needed it. Went to pick it up around 1pm and was told that they were leaving for lunch and that the delivery hadn't been unpacked yet so I should come back later. Returned later to be told that they did not have it. The worst part was they said, "You need to put in for a refill at least a week before." I HAD put in for the refill the week before!! They were abrupt, appeared uncaring, and the wait in line was incredibly long every time I went. Have been coming here for many years and am now considering switching pharmacies.

  I am confused as to why Kinney in Randolph only has a 3.5 rating/a couple really negative reviews. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs at Kinney in Randolph are extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable & compassionate. In the past, my family and would get our prescriptions filled at rite aid. When it closed, we were very concerned - not just because we had to use a different pharmacy, but also because the pharmacy staff were losing their jobs. In this economy, that is something to be concerned about! I was very relieved and happy to find out they were working at Kinney. Kinney is very lucky to have gained such an amazing team - professional and very personable.

  Well another prescription trip to this awful place and again poor service. They don’t automatically renew prescription so when I when I went to pickup there was nothing ready. They didn’t fill that day and today I went and only one of my scripts was ready and second was scheduled for tomorrow! Keep in mind that a trip to this store (only one within 30 mi of me). I made a fuss and they did fill my second order but only because I made a fuss. Wish I had a better choice.

  This pharmacy has done an excellent job integrating the overwhelming new customers from Rite Aides closure. It would have been a serious hardship if they hadn’t. Lastly but certainly not least they have employed Rite Aides employees !!
