- MRMaikele RainesMar 31, 20264.0The missing star is because of nurse Amber. Not only was her attitude gross & the furthest thing from professional on my phone call with her - she took it a step further and LIED on my chart in my notes about said phone call. Making me out to be the type of patient that I am not, putting my character and reputation in question.. My provider shared this information with me because even she thought what was stated was very unusual… I’ve since learned from other patients that they’ve had the same interactions and experiences with Amber which is what brings me to leaving this review. Her behavior is unacceptable, unethical and flat out unprofessional. Clearly cannot be trusted to report the truth either. As far as everyone else I’ve dealt with & formed relationships with at the health center I have nothing but positive things to say from Kaitlyn at the front desk (and the other lovely ladies) to the other nurses I’ve had, to my providers Tara Meyer & Julia Chimenti I have nothing but positive things to say! Just please be very wary of nurse Amber, I would even go as far as suggesting you record/document your conversations with her even because she will deliberately lie on you and fabricate conversations in your chart.

- MRMargo RoleauJan 14, 20265.0At 41 years old I needed to have my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed. I had to go to Plainfield because they're the only ones who accept Medicaid. I opted to be asleep for the extractions. Check in was great, the woman who helped me was friendly. I had a long wait because the person before me had some complications but they were apologetic when they took me in. I was extremely nervous but everything went smoothly, they answered all my questions, everyone was kind, and I had a great experience here.
