- DMDon MuenchAug 8, 20255.0Robert Saylor was superb! I was having trouble hearing, even with hearing aids. BUT - I felt I had to visit this center to get some help. We aren't from this area and were staying at Smuggler's Notch resort, about a half-hour away. I was afraid that maybe the hearing aids were failing. Mr. Saylor quickly cleaned my hearing aids, and then inspected my ears and saw that I had a bad build-up of earwax. He gave us advice what to do about it. We followed his direction and the next day, after taking an earwax mitigation product, cleared up my ears! I can hear very clearly now. Bob Saylor is a true professional!
