- NLNevin l5 days ago1.0Fraudulent charges and no customer service! It’s a piece of cake to sign up for a membership but impossible to cancel. After I spent months of being charged for a membership I requested to cancel I finally showed up in person to end the bullshit. 3 months after I cancelled I was charged two fees randomly that I did not authorize and were not in the contract. I called and called and called the club at all hours of the day during and outside of business hours. No one ever picked up the phone and there was no option to leave a voicemail. I tried every possible way of contacting them online and through their app but I kept being brought back to the same useless phone number and ignored. I sent an email and received an automated reply telling me to call that same useless number! I will now be forced to block them, cancel my debit card and report fraud to my bank. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Unlawful.

ChristoSep 28, 20255.0This is towards the lowest end of overall quality that PF gets The kids at the front desk never greeted me at entry or said farewell at exit There’s a lot of important equipment missing It gets super cramped in there QUICKLY Bathroom remained clean Pretty clean throughout Thankful that they didn’t have music playing I was able to workout here for a week though so I appreciate that Probably hire better kids and re-arrange some stuff Too much cardio Who even does cardio 🤷♂️
