This pharmacy is beyond disgraceful. The phone is never answered—no voicemail, nothing. And if you need an answer about a medication (which can’t be solved with the useless app or the automated phone menu), your only option is to drag yourself there in person.
Once you do, you’re stuck in a line that snakes around the corner with dozens of people waiting well over an hour. Why? Because they only ever have ONE pharmacist on duty. Half the time that pharmacist is nowhere to be found, and when they are, they’re just sitting there staring at their phone while everyone else suffers.
Every pharmacist I’ve dealt with has been rude, dismissive, and acts like you don’t even exist. I even called the Shaw’s manager to complain, and his exact response was, “eh, what are you gonna do.”
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

One cannot reach a pharmacist. The recorder on the phone is "...no longer accepting messages..." A great help if you're in trouble. Moved to Kinneys.
