I called to set an appointment and i was told "We do not take Tufts" No chance to explain. I called Tufts and they told me she is a provider because of Cigna Called a second time "We do not take Tufts". Tried to explain the situation "Sorry Dr Ambler says we do not take Tufts." Not impressed with a doctor that does not listen or try to understand. Very rude.
