- FFFrankMar 29, 20255.0Outstanding service. Although busy, Ariele & Raymond (Lower Plain store, Bradford) were exceptional. As a former VP who focused on customer service, I am frequently "under-whelmed" by the level of customer service I see every day. But in this case, they not only did they did a great job with my order, but I had a chance to observe how they handled people while waiting for a response from another store. They handled everyone efficiently, politely, very professionally ... dare I say flawlessly. I suggest other customer facing people could learn from these 2 people. This level of service builds brand loyalty. Thank you very, very much.
