We scheduled our appointment, did X-rays, I mentioned I had a sensitive hit on a tooth a week or two ago but it went away, she looked at my X-rays and said I had an infection under my tooth and needed to have a root canal or have the tooth pulled. I was extremely skeptical so I asked for my X-rays and I sent them to my previous Dentist and she said it was a cast off shadow, so I made an appointment with another local Dentist and they did an Xray and also a deep scan around the tooth and they said there is absolutely no infection under my tooth and my tooth is very healthy. If I decided not to take this a step further, Deidre would have let me lose a perfectly healthy tooth, instead of her double checking at a different angle she just said yep that’s an infection no questions asked. This is absolutely unacceptable and I really hope she doesn’t keep doing this to people. I confronted her with the other X-rays and deep scan and she just shrugged it off like it was nothing, she thought she was right and did nothing wrong, no apology, no nothing. Then sends me a bill for over $300 for the X-rays and cleaning. What a great way to treat people! Highly do not recommend this Dental group.
