He was told the new technology corporate is using now (since August 2023) make them fit looser. He has constant feedback in his ears that is audible to others as well. We have contacted the BBB, and are now seeking a complete refund from the corporate headquarters, Amplifon, in Minneapolis, MN. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are ready for constant problems.
