  Very accommodating staff was able to squeeze me in to their busy hours when I had an infection in my toe. Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time with me and explains what is going on with my neuropathy.Highly recommended !

  Called the Woodstock office @ 11:15am. Hours showed they were open until 11:30, went to a recording, no option to schedule an appointment & no one answered the phone. Then called the Winchester office. Lady who answered was abrupt. Indicted that I had called the Woodstock office. She said they're closed today. I mentioned that the website said they were open, her response was "They're not". Then there was dead silence, no offer to see why I called. Maybe she had a bad day, but no excuse for the arrogance. Horrible first experience of this practice. Opted not to go there.
