  I made the mistake of making an appointment but needed to get work done early. I showed up too early and checked in hoping to get out quickly. 2 people who came in after me as standbys were seen while I continued to wait. Bad system management.

  This was my first time going to Quest and I think I took more time parking my car than waiting. My philbotomist was so friendly and she did everything painless and quick.
