  I’ve been coming to this office for about 10 years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. In January, I scheduled an appointment for a cavity and was given an appointment card by the front desk that clearly said April 4 at 12:20 PM. We planned around that and drove all the way from Stafford to Woodbridge for a Saturday appointment. While we were almost there, we got a call saying the appointment had been canceled because it was supposedly scheduled for 12:00 PM. This was the first time we were hearing anything about a different time there was no reminder call or message beforehand, which most offices usually provide. We went inside and showed them the appointment card THEY gave us. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the front desk girl was rude and dismissive, saying “I don’t care if you have the card” and refusing to take any responsibility. She even argued that it “wasn’t her handwriting,” as if that excuses the office from their own error. What was most frustrating is that we would have completely understood and rescheduled if they had simply apologized or handled the situation professionally. Instead, we were met with attitude and a complete lack of accountability after driving a significant distance. They eventually did take me in, and the doctor was professional, but the overall experience with the front desk and staff was unacceptable and made the whole experience uncomfortable.Very disappointing after being a long-time patient.

  We brought my son, who's 2 years old, in to have a growth looked at near his first molar that is growing and for his 1st cleaning yesterday. Major kudos to the dental hygienist that did my son's 1st cleaning. she was so kind and considerate. Re-assuring and comforting my son the whole time and being super patient with his squirming and screaming. That boy does not like ANYONE putting ANYTHING in his mouth, not even his mother and I. But, the hygienist, working at a pediatric dental practice of course, was quite experienced with how to handle the issue and did so like a champ! We are 100% satisfied and thankful for the care she showed our son.

  Coming from NC, where dentist proceeded with caution and actually listened. I thought this would be my dental home, but unfortunately, the aggressive treatment completed on my 17 year old wasn’t a good experience, she now has SEVERE SENSITIVITY. Now my daughter may need a RCT because the associate dentist drilled too deep. I trusted these people with my family.

  Kayla and the front desk receptionist Jahaira were amazing. Kayla, the hygienist, was so attentive to my 5 year old son and made him feel safe and comfortable. She took the time to explain every instrument she used while cleaning his teeth, which really helped ease his nerves. She truly went above and beyond. The front desk receptionist was also incredibly helpful, she called to verify my insurance and helped schedule everything smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism from the entire team.
