From the moment I walked in, Yoga Six Lakeridge was welcoming, inviting, clean, warm, and immediately embraced me. They have tons of thoughtful extras to make you more comfortable before, during and after your class, friendly staff and teachers on hand to help with anything you need, and a beautiful, welcoming space. I was there for a workshop and the teacher was engaging, knowledgeable and made us all very comfortable from the start. Many of the other students were regulars and they were very friendly and welcoming - you could tell that a sense of community is encouraged and top priority here. I recommend checking them out if you are looking for a class or a new yoga home!

Hot yoga was challenging for me being the first time, and ot to mention I'm about as flexible as a 2x4, but everyone there was really nice, and very helpful. Will most likely look into joining in the near future.

I chose this particular location due to convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The instructor Jess had a great attitude and positive teaching style. This studio seemed clean and well organized and there is even a small merch area where you can purchase mats and other gear. I will definitely be returning.
