- KNKate Naboka1 day ago2.0I been trying out many gyms in this area and though the price is fair for this gym be mindful of the issues. There is a lack of service information and engagement. When asked about directions or stated im new to gym, I never got a tour. When promotions were going on nothing is advertised in house. When I tried to get a tour with my daughter, though my daughter is 6 years old. I was told she couldn't step pass the lobby. I wouldn't say this place is clean, or equipment is kept up with which seems over rated to be charged additional when it's not. Sauna in the woman's locker area has been down more than half the first three months of the time I been here. I wouldn't advise the premium monthly. It doesn't seem worth it for the services. Alot of people swat in the recovery area and you wont find any room. Bring your own hygiene cause paper towels are almost always missing in woman's bathroom.

From our first visit to the present day, Kelsey has delivered a fresh, fun, and challenging injury prevention and strength/conditioning routine that has allowed me to get back on the court AND stay on the court. Her thorough knowledge, expertise, and innate ability to adapt to my individualized needs has been a huge factor in my ability to bounce back from a history of injuries that were preventing me from competing in my favorite sport. Hands down, hiring Kelsey is one of the best decisions I made in 2025 and in the beginning of 2026! Thank you to Kelsey for her commitment to excellence and for all her help. She is an excellent trainer, and I am very grateful our paths crossed.

The facility is spotless and clearly well-maintained. A special shout-out to the salt water pool—the temperature is always perfect and the water is crystal clear. Hats off to the staff for keeping everything top-notch. Thank you for the hard work, keep it up!
