Although there are many dental offices in Fredericksburg, my wife and I continue to choose Life Time Dental because of their outstanding service. I would also like to highlight one of their front desk associates, Jahaira, who has been incredibly attentive both on the phone and during our visits to the office. Taking that extra step truly goes a long way when you are in the people business. Once again, thank you to the entire Life Time Dental team. Even when I was anxious, upset and disappointed about the wait times, every staff member I interacted with remained patient, and respectful. The office manager, staff, and doctor took the time to explain the situation, answer my questions, and treat my child with genuine care. Waiting with a fasting child is difficult, but their calm demeanor and focus on safety helped my child get through the experience smoothly. April is great! I truly appreciate the professionalism and grace shown to us on a challenging day. I was juggling another phone appointment at the same time but they were respectful of that.
