I’m autistic and very particular about my frames. I came in on Sunday in a panic after my wire frames snapped in half, and everybody was extremely accommodating. Josh in particular was very patient with me and I appreciated his help greatly. I found a couple pairs that I liked and he helped me through the entire process. Could not recommend enough.

A prescription was filled at the Woodbridge, VA Lenscrafters. I chose progressive glasses. Upon receiving them, I had to manually hold the glasses up about two inches before I could see out of the section for fine print. (Even then, the clarity is not that good. ) I was told "You'll get used to them." Within the 30 day return period, I returned to the store and was told the glasses were as they should be. Two individuals insisted they were fine. "Satisfaction guranteed is a farce." A total waste of money.

Ms. Rosa, the sales representative, was very attentive and truly understood my needs. She offered numerous options to help me find the perfect glasses that fit comfortably on my face, especially around my nose. Her professionalism combined with her caring approach made the entire experience much more reassuring.

We are very happy with the service we received from Rachael and with our purchases. She was very patient and most of all she showed us different ways to get what we wanted in our price range.

These are some of the most sorriest people I've ever dealt with in my life. Went here to get my glasses the frames where 250.00, the glare that was sold to for another 100.00, later to find out that I didn't need it from the black lady that works there. 4 days later the dam lens fell out, took them back 3 weeks ago to get them repaired, guess what, call today they are still not ready because the white lady that works there didn't put my correct information into the system. Do not go here for your glasses, they are going to ram you in the rear.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
