  I picked up 2 orders of alani energy drinks from this store yesterday and I must say I am highly disappointed as I’ve visited this location numerous times. The older gentleman at the front was really nice however I am appalled by the lack of integrity. When I arrived at the store my order was already in a brown box with the pickup receipt on top of it. The man at the front made it seem like he was being kind or doing me a favor by consolidating my order which honestly made it easy to carry to the car as I am currently pregnant. To my dismay when I got home both boxes were damaged and the “CHERRY BOMB” flavor I was really excited to try had one of the can dented which leaked into the inside of the box. So I only have 11 cans 😔 instead of the 12 I paid for. I bought these at their original price of 29.99 and k would’ve appreciated if the store was honestly about the messed up can and offered to switch it with a different flavor. Overall the service was good however the lack of honesty left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be shopping at this location any more. Advice: Please make sure you check your orders before leaving the store.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Anup the store manager’s name is extremely disrespectful and will not honor discount prices! He will make up some random reason that is not true just to be able to not honor. He will sell you the pro membership and then will not honor the benefits of it. Extremely rude tone of voice. Please go to any other gnc except this one.

  Horrible customer service, there were no customers in the store when my mom went in for help and the associate didn't want to help her look for a supplement. He told her to look for it herself. Don't work retail if you have this kind of attitude, acting like we're forcing you to work there.

  Jesus is no bueno! This man tried to force a membership on me even though I said no thank you, I don’t frequent GNC. Then I texted to get a 15% off coupon and this jerk says you have to have a membership or it won’t work. No where in the advertisement did it say that! THEN I’m like okay do you all have military discount & he’s like no. 🙄 absolutely don’t recommend Jesus as an employee for GNC if you’re gonna take it personal when people refuse your membership that they won’t use 😤
