  This does not relate to the doctors or the staff there, it relates to their Recently being acquired by close knit. Not able to use the website to schedule appointments and no longer able to talk to a person in the office when I try to do so over the phone. Now everything is outsourced to a call center, which is a significant drop off from the experience before, and for some reason, the website doesn’t seem to know that they have an office in Lake Ridge, Which means I have to call the call center. Used to be convenient when I could just go online and see a grid of available appointment slots. Again, love the doctors and the staff there, just hate this New ownership.

  Friendly and efficient staff. Informative discussion and non invasive physical exam with the Dr. after asking about my primary health concerns.

  I felt heard, which is important, and not something I knew I needed. My issue was explained in terms I could understand and the provider seemed as concerned as I was about it. She was transparent about not only the issue going on but also about how it was handled by others and correct pathways to reach diagnosis. I am happy with the service that I received.

  This location is clean an organized with a friendly front desk. Dr. Richardson is professional, yet personable.
