  I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. Even though I arrived late, Nelson was incredibly kind and professional. He still took the time to help me without rushing and made sure I was well taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer service. I truly appreciate his support.

  Checked in with the front office. Nelson was assisting me. My visit there was pleasant. Nelson was very kind and explained everything well to me.

  Doctor Ti’Shambay and her assistant Marrybella are amazing at there profession. Very polite and helpful and knowledgeable at there profession. This OFC location is very good with amazing doctors and nurses and front door staff. Thank you so much !!!

  I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care when I brought my son in for a finger injury. From the moment we arrived, Celia at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. She made a stressful situation feel much more manageable with her calm and supportive demeanor. Hannah, the provider, was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my son received the best care possible. Not only was she highly professional and knowledgeable, but she also showed genuine compassion and patience throughout the entire visit. She took the time to make both of us feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. What stood out the most was the humanity both Celia and Hannah brought into their work. In a time where healthcare can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, they reminded me that kindness and empathy still exist at the heart of patient care. I am deeply grateful for their support and professionalism. Thank you both for taking such great care of my son.

  This place is extremely unprofessional, the receptionist lady doesn’t know how to talk, rude, obnoxious they will cancel your appointment without even letting you know!! We made an appointment once we got there they were like the doc left come back next day then we went next day to learn that they are out of whatever resources!!! They didn’t even bother to say sorry! So disappointing!!! They wasted our days for nothing.Most of the good reviews are fake .Not recommended.
