Beware of this place. Went in for a cold. Paid my $30 copay before seeing the doctor. Saw the doctor briefly and he prescribed medicine. What I expected, no problem. Was going to change my primary care to AFC but months later I'm getting an additional bill for $73. My old doctor copay was $20 and I never received additional billing from them. Don't mind paying $10 more for the copay but the additional bill Sounds like a scam to me. Won't be going back, staying with my old doctor. Would have given only one star but at least the doctor did his part.

I went in on a saturday morning for my sick baby, it was an easy checking contactless option. Very clean up to date establishment. All of the staff were friendly from the receptionist to the nurse in the back to the doctor's. They listen, they were very attentive.And they tried to calm my baby down as much as they could even though he was fussy.So that they could get the correct diagnosis. We were in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend

The individual that worked with me was very professional and really patient and friendly and knew exactly how to speak to make me feel heard and understood. Her name was LUZ and she was absolutely amazing!!! It was an absolute pleasure and honor working with her.

Two days. Multiple calls. One simple request: send our prescription to our CVS. That's it.
Instead, the front desk repeatedly assured us it was being sent to the right pharmacy — while apparently routing it to a completely different location we never asked for, never mentioned, and never consented to. We only found out when the prescription simply never showed up.
When we called to sort it out, instead of taking accountability, they lied about what had happened and then hung up on us.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a failure to render medical treatment. Someone needed that medication. Two days of phone calls, false reassurances, and zero follow-through left us without it.
The level of incompetence here would be shocking in any customer service context. In a medical setting, it's inexcusable. If your front desk staff can't reliably send a prescription to the pharmacy a patient explicitly requests — and then lies when caught — patients have every right to know before choosing this clinic.
We will not be returning.

The most incompetent front desk staff especially Katherine! There is a good reason this place is always empty! Horrible customer service. I paid $200 out of pocket and the dr office never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. After seeing the doctor I had to call 7 times to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy and still never got it. First I was told the doctor I saw will not be available for 4 days and there is nothing I can do. Then I was told they had sent the prescription to the pharmacy once already and can’t do it again. I asked her if I can pick up the prescription and she told me they don’t write prescriptions. I asked to speak to the doctor and she said I can’t do that either. I still don’t have a prescription and Katherine just hung up on me.
