  Friendly staff and the doctor answered all of our questions perfectly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us an easy feeling of the surgery would be quick and assured us the healing would only be a couple of days. Thank you!

  Had to cancel my wisdom tooth’s appointment, customer service was unprofessional, and very rude. They did not want to do anything for customers, just wanted us to hand them all paperwork even though my dentist referred them to us, and did send all records to them in advance, obviously this position was not right for this person who was the person to handle customer at first contact. Trust your intuition and do your research carefully before making any commitments. How can i trust them with my children’s dental work if they treat customer like this. This is the worst service ever I have had in Winchester, will probably commute to Loudoun for a real service. Time for customer service training

  It was a quick visit office staff was pleasant the Dr. Was not really offering much of an option and he stated that unfortunately my problem is something he can not remedy and then he gave me a different Dr for me to contact doesn't take my insurance so at this point im at a loss trying to resolve me issue.

  Dr. Nguyen is the best! Hey kept me informed of what to expect and it was spot on. The amazing part was the pain - it was controlled at every turn. The entire staff was courteous and I was kept up-to-date on what was going on.

  Had a 2-teeth extraction and this is a very high tech facility and was in and out in less than an hour and 10 min- including getting prescription for antibiotics and mouthwas. Instructions for post-extraction care was very thorough. No problems whatsoever. The extractions were perfect. Both teeth came out very quick and in 1 piece. Great facility for sure!
