It has been over two weeks since my daughter had an EEG and we still have not heard back from the DR. It also took two months to get in for the EEG. I called and they said it takes the doctors two weeks to read the tests and then they will get back to the patient. That is beyond ridiculous. What if someone has something seriously wrong. We are just supposed to sit and wait two weeks while we get worse waiting for the Dr to read a test. You people need to hire a radiologist or someone that can read these tests instead of making people wait. I know to you most of us are just a number, but we are people and we come to you for help. Either start doing things faster or shut down the whole business and let another office come in that knows how to work with people.

I share the sentiment on a previous post, they do not return calls, when they do they leave a number that always goes to voicemail even when you leave details of when you are available or ask for a number to call back to and get a person. Loved my doctor, but the aggrevation of making an appointment makes this review a one star. Been trying since January, it's now March. Good thing it's only migraines and not something deadly.

Believe the reviews.... I called a couple weeks after a referral was sent in, when we had not received a call. I had to let it ring in the background for almost 15 min. before someone finally picked up. Once they did, the lady told me very "curtly" that they do not call until 4 weeks AFTER they have received the referral. She also refused to go ahead and schedule the procedure. This is insane. How is a patient supposed to know or plan for anything if they wait that long to call. After the communication issues, her attitude, and the other reviews on here, i would look elsewhere. they claim to be "booked up" but other providers ( Hagerstown, Leesburg, ETC ) have openings... and much, much better reviews!

Before I get to the bad parts, Dr Henry is great. He knows what he is doing and gives great care. However, I am rating one star because everything else makes it almost unbearable. I’ve been a patient there for over a decade. Things have just gotten so bad in the past few years. Wait times are bad. They’ve always been bad, but nowadays you might as well clear out your entire day unless you’re one of the first on the schedule. I’ve had times where I’ve waited 2+ hours. I never would be willing to wait that long normally, but I’ve never been able to make an appointment less than 2 months out. More often than not it’s 4-6 months. This is even for existing patients. I don’t necessarily know what I’ll be doing in 6 months, but if I have to reschedule, that clock gets reset. I’m at the point where I only need to go once a year to renew my prescriptions. They won’t get renewed if I don’t. Which I do understand. But if you can’t get an appointment or if you have to reschedule, they threaten to stop. I’m an epilepsy patient. I can’t afford to let that happen. Finally, nursing staff are RUDE. Especially over the phone. Reception is great. I’m talking about whatever nurses answer the phone when it comes to medical related questions. Overall it’s sad. I’ve been going for over a decade. I have a good dialogue with Dr Henry. I will miss him as a doctor. But I will need to start looking for a neurologist elsewhere at this point.
