- RARobert AddlesonMar 3, 20265.0This is the nicest gym that I have had the opportunity to use. The staff are friendly and polite; always a warm reception, friendly smiles, and helpful attitudes. The amenities and facility are fantastic; the provision of cleans towels, stocked showers and basins, sauna, steam rooms, indoor track, ample locker space, and the availability of workout equipment are just a few of the things that made this the nicest gym I've ever used. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Winchester area.

- EFEvans FormicaFeb 3, 20264.0Very nice place. The members are responsible too. Weights are out back. No towels on the floor. They have a wide variety of machines and enough that there are no lines. Also, they have a few machines that I have never seen before, but those are great too. The only thing that is missing is a DeXa Scan machine. This would really set them apart.
