Fuimos a dos clinicas donde nos mandaron muy desanimados sin solución ni esperanza para esa emergencia. Aunque les dijimos que teniamos seguro y queríamos que nuestra hija usara lentes de contacto ahora. Nos daban citas muy tardadas. Venimos a este lugar donde nos dieron una cita al día siguiente, por mientras nos solucionó el incidente de los lentes de mi hija para que pudiera ir a la escuela. Y el día que parecía que no tenia solución. El Sr. Que nos atendió fue una bendición para nuestro día que se veía tan complicado.

- DNDeborah NewcomerMar 19, 20265.0I’ll start by saying I am NOT a patient. However, I have spent the better part of a month trying to find an eye doctor for my 6 and 9 year old boys. They’ve got Aetna thru Medicaid and let me tell you- that’s an impossible combination. I called Pearle Vision and Sara(h) picked up I explained the situation and she was very nice but said we don’t take it. Sara(h) then spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me recommendations of where to possibly go, resources that could help, doctors that may still take that insurance and further explaining the situation with insurance in the area. We got disconnected and she called right back to keep helping. While I’m not a patient I wish I was. It’s clear that Sara(h) cares about people and is willing to help anyone. It seems that Pearle Vision’s office is a number one choice if you are in network, or pay out of pocket. Just based on a telephone conversation I recommend going to Pearle Vision they’ll take care of you or even if that means they gain nothing.
