Mr. Jonathan Glover who helped me truly went above and beyond. I came in feeling stressed about the problem, but they immediately put me at ease. He listened carefully, took the time to thoroughly assess what was going on, and explained everything clearly. Instead of just offering a quick fix, they made sure the issue was would be resolved and that my glasses would be fixed. What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. He treated my situation with care and made sure I walked out completely satisfied. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Thanks to him, what started as a frustrating issue turned into a fantastic experience. I’m so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing eye care or adjustments!
