Before I get to the bad parts, Dr Henry is great. He knows what he is doing and gives great care. However, I am rating one star because everything else makes it almost unbearable. I’ve been a patient there for over a decade. Things have just gotten so bad in the past few years. Wait times are bad. They’ve always been bad, but nowadays you might as well clear out your entire day unless you’re one of the first on the schedule. I’ve had times where I’ve waited 2+ hours. I never would be willing to wait that long normally, but I’ve never been able to make an appointment less than 2 months out. More often than not it’s 4-6 months. This is even for existing patients. I don’t necessarily know what I’ll be doing in 6 months, but if I have to reschedule, that clock gets reset. I’m at the point where I only need to go once a year to renew my prescriptions. They won’t get renewed if I don’t. Which I do understand. But if you can’t get an appointment or if you have to reschedule, they threaten to stop. I’m an epilepsy patient. I can’t afford to let that happen. Finally, nursing staff are RUDE. Especially over the phone. Reception is great. I’m talking about whatever nurses answer the phone when it comes to medical related questions. Overall it’s sad. I’ve been going for over a decade. I have a good dialogue with Dr Henry. I will miss him as a doctor. But I will need to start looking for a neurologist elsewhere at this point.

I ended up going to a different practice. Don’t waste your time here. They absolutely did nothing but run up my insurance. I finally got answers when I switched. Even though they told me there were no issues.

Kelly Price is the PA I see there. Called her to tell her wasn't feeling well. Asked to be seen. This was beginning of Dec. I was told no appointments available. Told me to keep an appointment at the end of January. Couldn't see her. On December 14th had a grand mal seizer. Was treated by a primary Dr. Never saw the neurologist. Just a primary. Put on new meds. They made me very depressed. Still can't see anyone till January 23rd. So I have 2 more weeks of this stuff. Considering quitting it on my own. Not very good doctor's to me!

I would not recommend them. They know that I drive two hours to come to them and this is the 5th time they have canceled my appointment the day of. So disappointed with this facility. My sister recommended them two years ago. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW NEUROLOGIST.
