My kids were playing basketball and were suddenly kicked out because staff needed to clean the court, with no warning. The man with the big beard who spoke to us was rude and dismissive. The rest of the staff are always great, which made this interaction stand out. Cleaning should be done prior to the gym opening, not while members are using the space. We pay too much money for this membership to have our time disrupted, and people cannot change their work schedules or daily routines for mid-day cleaning.

One Life provides such a positive environment, thanks to the incredible attitude of their team. I want to give a special thank you to Miss Kasie K., who was so warm and welcoming to me and my pre-teen during their first-ever visit to a fitness center. It can be intimidating starting out, but she made us feel right at home. This is a wonderful facility and a true asset to our community in the Valley!

All the girls that are working in there are AMAZING with both kids(2 and 7). So nice to be able to relax during my workout knowing they are so well cared for.

The gym itself is clean, welcoming, and full of energy - but what truly sets it apart is the Kids Club. As a parent, having a safe, engaging space for my children makes all the difference. The positive shift in atmosphere since Miss Selena became Supervisor has been remarkable. She brings a personable, loving presence that you can tell kids gravitate toward and families genuinely appreciate. She doesn't just greet you, she connects with you. It's rare to walk into a gym and feel like more than a membership number, but with her, you feel like a friend!

The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful when it comes to signing up and questions regarding the memeberships. The equipment is all very well maintained. Also super cool that a gym has a movie theatre in it. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a high quality gym that’s fairly priced.
