When he went to a Miracle Ear shop where he lives in Maryland, he was told that the device couldn't be repaired and no parts were available. The only option apparently being to pay for a new one which is expensive. My father-in-law asked about the shop in Winchester so he drove out here to visit us and today we took him to our shop. The service person had a part that fit, made the repair, and didn't charge him anything! My father-in-law couldn't even get the man to accept a cash tip. I would give this business a 10-star review if possible!
