  Appointment Availability and Cancellations: Appointments at this location are consistently booked several months in advance. Despite this, I have had two appointments canceled the night before by the office. Time taken off work or cleared schedules are not taken into consideration. When an appointment is canceled because the doctor is unavailable, the next available appointment is again scheduled months out, even though this is a medical issue that requires timely care. Facility and Check-In: The facility is small, Dark and outdated. There is routinely a long line at the front desk going out the doors where patients can check in. Provider Interaction: Appointments with the dermatologists are extremely brief. The dermatologist moves rapidly from patient to patient, they nod their head waiting for you to stop talking as they try to interrupt rather than listen, and proceeds directly to prescribing medication. The interaction lasts approximately two to three minutes before they walk out the room and hand you off an assistant and your left feeling dismissed. Overall Care: Bedside manner is poor. The practice operates as a high-volume operation where efficiency appears to take priority over patient care. Communication is minimal, concerns are not fully addressed, and the experience does not reflect the level of care expected for a medical practice.

  Dr. Bogaert put my elderly mother at ease, for which I was grateful. Mom liked her, and Mom seldom has a good word to say about a doctor! Everyone in my family as well as most of my friends see Dr. Bogaert. I appreciate her intellectual curiosity, skill, and her kindness.

  I love Dr. Bogaert. She has the absolute best bedside manner and comes across so very caring. Her assistant made me uncomfortable. When she asked me to confirm I was here for my annual check up and also said I wanted a few brown spots removed. She then asked me “what the medical issue was” and I said they just bother me. It made me feel silly, as if I was doing something wrong. I had three small brown spots frozen which took all of five minutes. Dr. Bogaert was happy to do it and did not make me feel bad about it. After Dr. Bogaert left her assist made me sign a form to let me know I may be billed. I told her it wasn’t a problem last time with three little spots and I’m sure we would be okay. I realize this part, the signature, is her job. I just wish she didn’t make me feel so stupid for asking. I’m seeing Meagan in three weeks so hopefully her treatments will reduce the likelihood I’ll have this request next year. Just disappointing.

  I love my doctor. She is so informative about all of the marks I have on my skin. I have sensitive skin & I’ve also have pre cancerous spots that like to flare up. I am always treated with respect by the whole staff here.

  The people in the office were great - personable and seemed efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. She was very thorough (and gave me good news!) and told me I would need another checkup in 2 years. She was personable and seemed very knowledgeable when I asked some interesting questions. I will go back in 2 years for my checkup.
