  The entire office is great, from Stephanie and Jamie working up front to Dr Masuoka and Felicia getting rid of my tooth pain. They always have been able to work me in at a moment's notice.

  I'm not sure why they have an online booking system, when they call and tell you those appointments aren't available (like an hour before your appointment) and just say "oh, our system is screwy like that!"

  I had a wonderful experience as a new patient today. Julia was my hygienist and she put me at ease and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth

  Morrison Dental Group is one of the most veteran friendly organizations! As a combat wounded veteran these places are a God send. Shannon, their VA and veteran billing specialist, has been so patient with me while working through the VAs logistical mess. I would recommend them 1000 times over for any dental work, especially if you are a veteran.

  You may schedule an appointment online months in advance, confirm all the automated text messages that come through in the week prior to that scheduled appointment, only to receive a call one day before said appointment saying “we’re sorry, our scheduling system sucks and we don’t actually have that appointment available.” If you ask what happened and why they waited three months to call you, they’ll say “sorry, it just got pushed to the side.” The staff person who called me was incredibly nice, but that’s about the only nice thing I can say.
