  My experience at Club Pilates Williamsburg has been terrible. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but in this case, I feel people need to be aware. Thankfully, I only signed up for three months, because the staff has been nothing but arrogant and rude. As a newcomer, I wasn’t aware of certain details—for example, the requirement for grip socks. That shouldn’t have been an issue, but on my second visit, the way the instructor addressed me was unnecessarily harsh. Instead of politely explaining, she bluntly told me I couldn’t work out without the socks. When I pointed out that they sell grip socks there and asked if I could buy a pair, she gave me a pair so oversized that they slipped off my feet. She didn’t even attempt to exchange them or offer a proper solution. From that moment on, every interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. The real issue isn’t the rules—it’s the condescending, unfriendly way they communicate them.

  I reccomend Club Pilates to anyone I can! My workouts there are my saving grace and sanity. There is such a range that can be acomplished there!

  Quality instructors focused on form at all levels. Online booking of classes make it convenient to schedule. Love that they give advancement opportunities to staff.

  Club Pilates is under NEW management!! I personally had a bad experience under the old management and stand by my stars, but I think Libbey will do a great job revamping this place. Go check out the NEW management. Good luck Club Pilates!!
