I had a bit of a scary situation today involving an older gentleman and one of the regular gym guys and the staff ensured that the situation did not escalate and that it was shut down. I didn't even have to ask for help, they recognized the situation and made sure I was safe. Special shoutout to Colby, Becca, and Maddie! Yall are amazing and are why I will always choose Planet Fitness!!
