  Staff is warm and welcoming. The (Waynesboro) office was busy on our must recent visit with very little wait time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Rakes is very easy to talk to and answers questions with encouragement while working to explore best treatment options.

  Best office ever! Very caring and friendly! Dr Rakes is the best! Ben and Kelsie are great too! Always so helpful from the front desk to the back! Highly recommend
