  My Family have been patients of Strawbridge Dental for over 9 years. Up until 2024 I have been treated with courtesy and respect. Dr. Gioffree recently hired staff that lacks professionalism, courtesy and respect that patients deserve. My family consists of Me, my Husband and my 2 daughters and we will not be returning to Strawbridge Dental for Services due to the disrespect and lack of professionalism from the front office staff. There is no excuse to allow your staff to treat patients in the manor in which I have been treated. If you’re searching for a Dentist, keep scrolling. I DO NOT recommend.

  My husband and I have been patients of this office for 4+ years and have been extremely satisfied with our care to the point of traveling 35 minutes for our appointments over the last two years after moving to Chesapeake. However, during my husbands most recent visit the technician opted to perform X-Rays that were considered unnecessary and not covered under his health insurance. Prior to obtaining the images, the technician allegedly stepped out of the room to validate that the X-Ray would be completely covered by his insurance and when she returned she advised it would be. We now have a $90 unexpected bill. When we tried to argue this we were told they would discuss it with the physician and get back to us. 2-3 months later we were given another notice of the bill and now with interest. I do not recommend this office as they are not thorough at verifying preventative health coverage to something as common as dental insurance provided through the city of Virginia Beach.

  The staff was very nice and patient with my child. Would highly recommend them to my friends. Will be back for a follow up.

  Strawbridge Dental is by far the best dental experience we’ve had! The staff as well as Dr. Gioffre are all extremely friendly and caring. We have always felt comfortable and at ease. We do happy that we found such an amazing place for dentistry!!! Each and every one who works there ROCKS!!!!!

  No issues here: Called and they hooked up the appointments. Team is no frills, no drama. I didn't get the feeling they were trying to upsell any unnecessary procedures if any of you are concerned about that. I think you'll be satisfied.
