- JPJustine PenaMar 14, 20261.0I figured I would try Pearle versus LensCrafters. I can't believe how long it's taking to see the doctor. I didn't like any of the glasses or sunglasses so I decided to go with contacts. Normally I can't decide between two or three pairs! I guess I should have stuck with LensCrafters. I asked what was taking the doctor so long (over an hour now) and she said, "if I want to reschedule my entire appointment, I can talk to the front desk." I thought that was a little snippy but I just politely smiled and went along with it. Next time... it's either going to be LensCrafters or Target, I guess 😭 also, I am still waiting for the doctor.

I received the same warm and welcoming care as I did on my first visit. The staff and doctor took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They also did an excellent job reviewing my insurance coverage and explaining costs, which I truly appreciated. Also they were not at all pushy to get me to over spend just to make money. It means a lot to be treated with such care and transparency. Thank you all for what you do!

Incredibly rude and accusatory when I came in for a prescription check and essentially told me he should charge me for wasting his time. Blamed me for thinking my prescription wasn’t right and said I must have been squinting the whole time. I only wish I had said this to his face but I was on the verge of tears and had to run out of there to avoid being berated any further.
