  Both of my kids have gotten glasses here over the years. Last year we went somewhere else closer to us and had a terrible experience. We won’t make that mistake again. Pearle Vision is definitely worth the extra 30 min drive. Brittany was very helpful finding my picky daughter glasses she loved. The girl that was there when we picked them up was nice and fixed my glasses for me even though I didn’t buy them there. Great service!

  Great service. My new glasses only took a few days when they said it would take a few weeks. When I picked them up Brittany helped my wife ordered hers. She was very nice and helpful. My wife has a hard time walking and Brittany picked out some options for her and brought them to her. Thank you.

  Brittany and the other woman there have no manners or respect. Two or more people in the store…they may have. But I stood there, by myself, after finishing my vision exam to order the Meta glasses and both refused to allow me to clean the glasses in order to try them on and put them on my face. Brittany was aggressive enough to move my written prescription sitting on the desk closer to me as if she was prompting my exit, and then came around the corner opening both arms wide. Weird and aggressive behavior. The other woman had to tell her to go to the back. There is no reason I should be allowing someone else to clean with a small alcohol swab something that is about to be on “my” face with all the diseases and germs and flus going around. If anything, allow me to do it and “show me.” I had to be very blunt. I really don’t know how many times you coughed, sneezed, or touched your own face before wanting to disinfect “for me.” They lost out on a sale and a customer, and it necessitated the need to have to go elsewhere to finish my business. Like why are you working here? You are nasty and aggressive. And this is the exchange. I am a veteran who deserves respect just as anyone at any establishment. It’s just shocking this woman behaved this way at the exchange. I spoke to the manager. Green and blue hair, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. But when you walked around the counter towards me extending your arms out wide confronting me, and your coworker has to tell you to go to the back, you don’t deserve to be employed there. Please replay the cameras.
