- KKKarson5 days ago5.0I recently moved to this area and had my prescription moved to this location and called to check on the status of it, fully expecting the person that answers to be short and kinda rude which is my usual experience at any pharmacy i go to. I have pretty bad anxiety so i normally hate calling any pharmacy because of this. But wow!! KENNEDY (i believe that was her name) was SO SO SO NICE!! She answered all of my questions with such friendliness and warmth, accidentally hung up and called me right back, and even called me back a few mins after we spoke to let me know about a change in the day my rx would be available to pick up. The kindness and excellent customer service she provided is exactly the type of experience every pharmacy should provide. She clearly really enjoys her job! She deserves recognition for sure!!
