- KFKelly Brunner (Female)Nov 29, 20241.0I've been using this pharmacy for years now and I've never had any issues with the pharmacy staff! I love Karen, the oriental lady, Liam, and Tyler and they have treated with respect, but today 11-29-24, was a different story! There was a new pharmacist. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was African American and I've never dealt with her until today. She was extremely rude! She was rude over the phone and she was rude when I picked up my prescription! She told me that no one else could pick up my prescriptions accept me. When I was there I doubled checked to see if another one of my prescriptions was definitely due to be filled on 11-30-24 tomorrow and she accused me of trying to get her to fill it early and she did it for everyone to hear. It was humiliating to say the least! I hope today was the last time I would ever have to deal with her! I hope the regular employees are back tomorrow!
- CMC. ManningFeb 23, 20211.0So I just want to warn everyone out there in case you didn’t know. So I forgot my wallet but had my iPhone which I have my BBT Visa card setup on. I have always used the physical card at this store, no problem and there shouldn’t be. But when I tried to use the iPhone to pay for my groceries, doesn’t work. The clerk goes to her manager, comes back to tell me, “we don’t accept that kind of payment in iPhone.” “What??” Oh and they don’t accept Apple Pay either. But I didn’t have that anyway. I am so fed up with Harris Teeter right now. I’ve always been loyal, but that’s it, I’m done!!!!
