Steve was extremely knowledgeable, he freely gave his opinion and suggestions (while explaining his reasons behind them) while still respecting my opinions and decision. He also gave honest recommendations (what I should and shouldn't get) for my current and future glasses. He even cleaned my current glasses at the every end! I thought that was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. He definitely went the extra mile. They also had a great selection of very different and stylish, luxury-feeling frames! I normally wouldn't get that kind, but immediately loved the space's atmosphere, decore, and selection! Would definitely come here again!

The Optometrist took time to get to know me, my concerns, and history as well as explained everything about the exam, results, and how my eyes are changing. The front of house folks seemed to enjoy helping me select frames and even ended up suggesting the two I finally chose. The front of house team also seemed to enjoy working together and collaborated on tasks such as checking customers out, choosing frames, measuring, etc. Incredible experience overall.
