StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab VA Beach offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- KKKikiJan 29, 20261.0I was telling a friend about the review I left on my experience at the Red Mill location, they wanted to read it for themselves so I came to pull it up but somehow it’s gone🤔 It is still posted to their FB page so I’ve pasted it below. This was a review I would have gladly taken down had I been offered a refund, as I left with a knee injury that landed me in the ER and insults from the manager at the time, as opposed to a sliver of empathy. Instead of a refund, the owner called me to explain that Tori was in the midst of a military move with her husband, this "didn't sound like her", and it seems like it was a clash of personalities… He also wanted to make it clear to me that he was not firing her, she was moving… Being a Navy veteran, having completed several military moves by myself, PCSing absolutely does not warrant the “customer service” I received from the manager at the time. If you consider "I'm sorry you feel that way" an apology, then yes, the owner called to apologize. When running from accountability is made an Olympic sport, I'd love if they considered representing our country. BUYER BEWARE: The general manager of StretchLab VB Tori called me to ask if I wanted to book another session, I told her my knee was injured from the first session I booked. She was the most cold, condescending, dismissive, disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. How unfortunate for this to be the representation of an otherwise great place. A customer service training or two would not hurt her at all.
