  My first visit to this office was a year ago, and it was such a great experience that I scheduled my next appointment at their new location, which is a beautiful facility. I received the same warm and welcoming care as I did on my first visit. The staff and doctor took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They also did an excellent job reviewing my insurance coverage and explaining costs, which I truly appreciated. Also they were not at all pushy to get me to over spend just to make money. It means a lot to be treated with such care and transparency. Thank you all for what you do!

  I have never met someone so ill equipped to work with the general public than this man. Incredibly rude and accusatory when I came in for a prescription check and essentially told me he should charge me for wasting his time. Blamed me for thinking my prescription wasn’t right and said I must have been squinting the whole time. I only wish I had said this to his face but I was on the verge of tears and had to run out of there to avoid being berated any further.

  I paid for and ordered my glasses on 12/31. I was told 2-3weeks. I hadn’t heard from them by january 26 which has now been almost 4 weeks so I stop in. They say oh they’re here but we haven’t gotten around to cutting them because we’ve been busy with the move… Ok so I’m a little frustrated but nothing I can do . so They call me on friday the 30th and say that my glasses are ready. I work weekends so I stop in on Monday feb 2 and there’s a sign up, shop is closed and the new location won’t be open until THURSDAY!!!! Do you think they might have mentioned that when they called to let me I know they were ready??? NOPE!!! So I don’t live close. 30mins away but yet we still come here. But no longer will I. So if you need your glasses in a hurry or a reasonable amount of time even I suggest you go elsewhere.

  Do not come here for glasses. I came 7 years ago for bifocal glasses, it took 3 tries to get it right and the final pair had a visible flaw created in the lens during install that eventually cracked. I decided to get new progressive lenses and found out that they stopped taking my insurance, but I bought the glasses anyhow. When I picked them up, I was having difficulty seeing out of the upper portion of the glasses. The employee told me I would get used to that within a week. Spoiler alert, they were made wrong so I didn't have my full distance vision after a week. I took them back for a refund and was informed that they would charge a restocking fee up to 50% or they would try once for a prescriptioncheck? (Seriously, this is their screw up, I am not paying for another eye exam). I asked what I signed that indicated that I was notified of this restocking fee and the guy pointed to a smaller sign at the main desk...I had to stand up and walk over to it to see it. Unfortunately, I never saw that sign because it is far from the entry and not on any sales associate desk. I spent my entire visit on the left side of the room (where the sign isn't visible) and even paid at the associate desk, nowhere near the sign. $150 fee to return the poorly made glasses. This feels like a fraudulent scam. I will never return and will tell all of my vision insurance clients to go elsewhere.
