- TTTerriDec 29, 20251.0Do not come here for glasses. I came 7 years ago for bifocal glasses, it took 3 tries to get it right and the final pair had a visible flaw created in the lens during install that eventually cracked. I decided to get new progressive lenses and found out that they stopped taking my insurance, but I bought the glasses anyhow. When I picked them up, I was having difficulty seeing out of the upper portion of the glasses. The employee told me I would get used to that within a week. Spoiler alert, they were made wrong so I didn't have my full distance vision after a week. I took them back for a refund and was informed that they would charge a restocking fee up to 50% or they would try once for a prescriptioncheck? (Seriously, this is their screw up, I am not paying for another eye exam). I asked what I signed that indicated that I was notified of this restocking fee and the guy pointed to a smaller sign at the main desk...I had to stand up and walk over to it to see it. Unfortunately, I never saw that sign because it is far from the entry and not on any sales associate desk. I spent my entire visit on the left side of the room (where the sign isn't visible) and even paid at the associate desk, nowhere near the sign. $150 fee to return the poorly made glasses. This feels like a fraudulent scam. I will never return and will tell all of my vision insurance clients to go elsewhere.

I am here on Saturday at 5:45 PM and you are closed. It states on the website that you close at six it also states on your Posted hours. They were up until six. That’s extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

After doc was 30 min late to my appointment , all he did was get pissed off at the fact that I didn't want him to do my eye exam AND CONTACT exam here. Before I even got into the office he was trying to upsell his products by making his tech play cringe videos instead of talking to paitents like real doctors with bedside manor. The only thing he was interested in was "let me do you contact exam " when I said no he said I shouldn't even be wearing contacts and pushed me to buy same day glasses , when I still said no I'll buy elsewhere he got pissy and stormed out. Even his techs seemed uncomfortable around him. All he cares about is money and gives Kenneth Copeland vibes.
