    I want to share about my experience at One Life. This gym has some of the best staff out of all the One Life gyms. They are very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. This gym is also very clean. Thank you to all the cleaning staff who help make my gym experience a better one. Lastly, Stephen Johnson who is the head of fit 360 is very knowledgeable in what he does as well as kind to everyone he encounters. He has created a class that is more like family than just a class to be apart of. Fit 360 has changed my life in more ways than one. Living with chronic illnesses as well as heart failure, this class offers me a workout that is built around support and encouragement as well as a class that helps me build strength and endurance no other class offers. Working out is extremely difficult for me to say the least. Being apart of the Fit 360 family not only makes working out more enjoyable by having a group of friends to truly connect with, but it also gives me a workout that is attainable under the circumstances I have to live with. Thank you Stephen Johnson for everything you do. Because of you and Fit 360, I am stronger today physically as well as mentally as I navigate through the challenges I face everyday.

    I've always loved this gym and the people here! It's a great place with great amenities at a price that's hard to beat with all the things you get! My love for the place has only grown as I've started training with Stephen! He's the best! I've been more on top of my nutrition and hitting my goals faster than I thought was possible all while enjoying the process!

    I’d love to share my experience with the public. I(female)started by going to the Red Mill location. The energy was stagnant, and the staff member that was helping me didn’t hear a word I said. He was pushy. I should have left with that taste in my mouth without looking back, but the following week I made an appointment at the Princess Anne location. I met with Stephen Johnson there. He wasn’t rude, but lacks people skills and isn’t particularly friendly. The staff overall is better and more attentive there, and during my experience I had a trainer whose name is Shay who I do like. Ignoring how I felt about Stephen (who will by the way tell you he’s the regional director and there is absolutely no authority above him to handle issues) I signed up for 3 months of personal training sessions. Coming off of a 14 year personal weight loss journey in which I lost over 200 lbs I was looking to build some muscle. The training sessions are extremely minimal at 30 minutes, and I chose to do them twice a because I wasn’t getting enough guidance in my ONE 30 minute session a week. The cost of those sessions per month including the $40 gym membership fee comes to $400/mo. The first session was with Stephen who was basically a complete you-know-what the first time we worked out. As someone who hadn’t done any heavy lifting in about 5 years- he started me on 25lb dumb bells for a number of upper body exercises exercises. I explained to him a few minutes in that the weight was far too heavy, but he just said that he was there to push me. He ignored what I told him. I missed a day of work later that week from overly extreme pain from that session. Next I had a number of men approach me at the gym during my training sessions. One even made some crazy off putting statements in front of my trainer, and everyone acted like this man trying to humiliate me during my reps was normal. Then I had one of the male trainers there approach me in a less than professional manner introducing themselves to me. I let him know I already had a trainer, and he kept trying to talk to me On several occasions as well I had money drawn from my account that I was assured would not be-taking over a month to refund on one occasion. My contract ends December 31st, and I have cancelled all services. Although I have records of my payments and email record of asking for these services to be cancelled prior to 30 days of my contract renewal, they are still trying to take another month of services out of my account. I truly wish I could post Stephen’s response here. I cancelled initially 11/25 with no response. Followed up on my cancellation email twice prior to Stephen telling me he needed it in writing AGAIN- and today he tells me since money was scheduled to withdraw prior to the end of my contract date that I still owe it. It does not at ALL matter that I cancelled prior over 30 days prior. I’m over this whole institution. Never have I had such a terrible experience with a wellness facility. After running a wellness facility for a number of years- I’m disgusted. My promise is to make sure that everyone I know is aware of the way the facility is being run. Although I still have time on my contract, no one could pay me enough to step foot near this gym again. I tried to contact member services, and all they do is route you back to Stephen. Save yourself the time, money, and energy especially if you want help training.

    Onelife Princess Anne is an amazing place. I’ve been a member for 15 years and they all feel like family. But Stephen Johnson as my coach in FIT360 is the best coach I’ve had in all the years I’ve been there. He and his wife Paige make a wonderful team. Fit360 may be a group class, but Stephen still watches out for us individually, especially as old folks. He always modifies workouts for me if I need it. Front desk people are very helpful very sweet and kind, especially both Tyler‘s. The gym is always clean. The equipment is always working well. Onelife Fitness Princess Anne is my home away from home.

    Stephen has been my trainer for the last couple of months and I have never felt stronger or more confident. Once we got me passed the basics he introduced me to his Fit360 class to continue growing my knowledge and fitness level in new fun ways. If you’re looking for someone to help you start your fitness journey I’d highly recommend coming here and training with this staff. Even on the days when I felt like I had zero motivation Stephen met me where I was and brought me back up so when I left the gym I left feeling 1000%. I also want to shout out the Kids Club for always doing a great job with little 4 yo boy and always making it a safe and fun place for him to be. Making my time at the gym 10x less stressful. 10/10 recommend.
