  What can I say that hasn’t already been said about the amazing staff at the Virginia Beach (Pembroke) location? Pammy Smith and her daughter, Samantha Montalbano, have been incredibly helpful in assisting with my hearing needs. As a law enforcement officer, having top-quality hearing is essential for doing my job effectively. The new hearing aid equipped with AI technology has truly been a game changer. Not only can I hear conversations clearly without the distraction of background noise, but I’m also able to pick up sounds from a distance that I normally wouldn’t notice. The most important benefit of all is at home - my family no longer has to repeat themselves a dozen times. I’m truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and support Pammy and Samantha have provided throughout this process.

  Samantha is awesome . She went beyond to help me today. I was so amazed with her. She took time with me and that meant the world to me. And the young lady that works up fort she is amaze too. They are both great with people. I am so Thankful for them.

  Hi this is Karen Mangum I have been a Miracle ear costumer for 10 years plus and having Samatha as my aide specialist is the best and the most enjoyable experience going to my appointments she makes me fill important she goes above her job never rushes and makes sure l have a understanding of everything that she does to my hearing aides that is best for me and I appreciate her no matter if I have a appointment or not she makes time to fix my problem she is a great person and has a heart ❤️ of gold.

  Samantha is AWESOME at her job👌🏻 She has great customer service skills and makes you feel comfortable and like yo matter. She does not rush you and answers ALL of your questions 👍🏻 She and her staff are truly great at what they do! I highly recommend anyone that requires hearing aid help to go to this facility 😇 Outstanding service and genuine care for their patients 🙏🏻

  Miracle ear thanks so much for helping my daughter and my self our girl Sam an the doctor were great we were so happy and comfortable with them the best hearing test ever and the explanation was perfect we of course got the bestest hearing aids and my daughter can FINALLY hear thank god. It’s the first time she can hear birds tweet and I minor things we take for granted Miracle ear is the perfect place to go we are so extremely happy thanks for everything
