  Medi weight loss is changing my life!!! I am currently down 21.5lbs. I sleep better and have more energy. The staff is very welcoming and they celebrate my accomplishments!!!! The provider is awesome!!! All the staff is very friendly. Very clean environment. I love it here!!!

  I love Medi weight loss! The staff is AMAZING! From the front of the house to the back! The ladies are amazing and are very encouraging on my journey. I started this with my partner and we both are seeing the results. I have lost over 30 pounds and I am so grateful for the help and encouragement.   I’ve been going to Medi Weightloss for about 4-5 months. I have nothing but nice things to say about the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner there, they are great. As for the clinic itself im not so sure. I went in today and was treated like a person who tries to get around paying their bill. I make the monthly payments which are over $350 plus the weekly co pay of $25…unbeknownst to me my insurance was kicking back claims and it was building up in my balance. I was told today by one of the owners, Vanessa that I had to make my payment of $482 in full in order to be seen. I was confused and taken back as to why I had such a high balance when I pay each week, her response to me saying I couldn’t make that payment today because I will have to make the next bundle payment of $350 next week was “that’s not how this works, not here and not at any clinic, services rendered must be paid before you can get more services” this was in a tone of someone speaking down in a negative and demeaning way. It was also on speaker phone with other clients present. I was embarrassed and confused and had to keep telling her that I make my monthly payments and my weekly copayments and she kept saying that I only was paying the copay, I was panicking internally bc I do pay the bundle payments of $350 each month so I don’t know where that money was going. She then told me to pay or I can’t be seen, I threatened to walk out right there and she said she would look up my file on her computer and then she said “oh you have been making your payments, it’s your insurance that’s kicking back claims” this whole conversation was unprofessional and embarrassing, I will be finding somewhere else to go to get my injections AND I can’t fathom how paying almost $500 a month isn’t enough for insurance to come back and say I owe an additional $500 that wasn’t covered, for what? I come in and get a shot and leave. I would have just kept going there and shelling it out but Vanessa totally put a bad taste in my mouth for how she runs her business and how she treats clients she “thinks” aren’t paying their bill before doing her homework and making bullshit accusations. Do yourself a favor and shop around before coming here

  Staff is caring, welcoming and informative . Best part is I’ve lost 7.6 pounds in the 3 weeks I’ve been going with dieting and exercise!!

  The staff is amazing and very helpful. The doctor is great. I am happy with my experience there. I am down 10 pounds in two weeks!
