  This program was life changing. I lost 20 pounds in the first two months (30 pounds overall), but even more importantly, I gained energy, clarity, and a whole new outlook on health. I wake up ready for the day, perform better at work and home, and actually look forward to nourishing foods and staying active. A VERY big thank you to the entire staff. Their encouragement, guidance, and genuine support made all the difference. I also loved that they kept me accountable without any judgement. To anyone considering this program: if you think it’s only about losing weight, it’s not. It’s about changing habits and lifestyle. In my first month, I kept thinking, “I can’t wait until this is over so I can binge on Oreos, cake, cookies, etc.” That was my wake-up call that I hadn’t let go of old habits. Once I mentally committed, I realized that treats can still be part of life, but in balance, after you’ve nourished your body first. This program gave me the tools and perspective to make those changes.

  I was disappointed with how my appointment was handled. It became clear that the office was more concerned with closing early than being upfront about the situation. Transparency would have been as simple as saying, “Hey, we’d love to close the office early since you’re our only appointment—would you be open to coming in earlier?” Instead, the approach felt evasive and a bit shady. This worries me because if transparency isn’t offered for something as small as rescheduling an appointment, it raises serious concerns about how I can trust the office to be fully forthcoming about the services they provide. Honesty and clear communication should be the standard, not the exception.
